Future Plans
We have no kittens at the present, 2011 will certainly be a rest year for us all!
we now have no Ocicat breeding queens at home, Millie and Kit are both Neuters who will stay with us as part of
the family. Although along the years we have had to rehome 2 of our girls and our stud boy, this is not something we like to
do as a norm, and it has only been because as situations have changed, the cats where no longer happy living with
us and their happiness is paramount to everything else. I do miss Humbug, Jenkka and Watusi and hope they are happier where
they are now.
Although they left us with requests that we hear news of them and updates of their life, this has only been forthcoming in
one case. We understand that people can get busy, and lives move on and people forget, but we never forget, we remember
each and every kitten that has been raised here, and more so the cats who stay with us longer.
we now have a variety of options currently available to us, Aero and Squirrel our new Tonkinese girls have arrived and settled in.
It will take some time before we have kittens of our own as we are waiting now for them to
grow up before they can have their own kittens. We believe that these girls are worth the wait,
and not only is an eagerly awaited member or two of the family, but will be very special in their breeding and we are privileged to
be accepted as part of something so important and special, so soon after starting our search for a Tonk foundation girl.
It is very humbling for me to be so accepted and I am very very grateful to those who have made this possible.
